Type specimen: MNHN.F.LOD 180, a partial skeleton. Its type locality is Les Tuilieres, Lodeve, which is in an Asselian terrestrial siliciclastic in the Usclas-Saint-Privas Formation of France.

Ecology: ground dwelling carnivore

Distribution: found only at Les Tuilieres, Lodeve
