Sister taxon: Sinomeginoceras xingyiense

Type specimen: GMPKU-P-3075, a shell. Its type locality is Layer 70, Nimaigu Village, Wusha Township, Xingyi, which is in a Longobardian marine limestone in the Falang Formation of China.

Distribution:
