Sister taxa: Mimimitoceras geminum, Mimimitoceras hoennense, Mimimitoceras liratum, Mimimitoceras rotersi, Mimimitoceras trizonatum, Mimimitoceras varicosum

Type specimen: PUM 14049, a shell. Its type locality is XZ602, Emuha section, which is in a Famennian carbonate limestone in the Heishantou Formation of China.

Ecology: fast-moving nektonic carnivore

Average measurements (in mm): shell diameter 19.0

Distribution:

• Devonian of China (2 collections)

Total: 2 collections each including a single occurrence
