Type specimen: MCZ 2369, a partial skeleton (skull (midline length 7.9 cm) with a few associated appendicular elements (humerus, radius, clavicles) attached to the ventral side, and associated block with t). Its type locality is Halsell Hill, Ralph Brixic farm, which is in an Asselian terrestrial horizon in the Nocona Formation of Texas.
Ecology: ground dwelling carnivore
Distribution: found only at Halsell Hill, Ralph Brixic farm
