Type specimen: NMMNH P-69902, a partial skull. Its type locality is West Flank Kimbeto Wash (NMMNH L-9181), which is in a Puercan terrestrial mudstone in the Nacimiento Formation of New Mexico.

Ecology: arboreal herbivore

Distribution: found only at West Flank Kimbeto Wash (NMMNH L-9181)
