Type specimen: PIN 1631/248, a forewing. Its type locality is Upper Syr'yaga coalfield, borehole VSK-14, depth 128.3 m, which is in a Kungurian terrestrial siliciclastic in the Lek-Vorkuta Formation of the Russian Federation.

Distribution: found only at Upper Syr'yaga coalfield, borehole VSK-14, depth 128.3 m
