Type specimen: IVPP V8795, a mandible. Its type locality is Daboji Oil Shale Mine, Gongjitun Village, which is in a Lutetian mire/swamp shale/coal in the Huadian Formation of China.
Ecology: scansorial insectivore
Distribution: found only at Daboji Oil Shale Mine, Gongjitun Village
