Type specimen: IVPP V11376, a mandible. Its type locality is Gaodian, 1 km east of Changxindian, which is in an Eocene terrestrial conglomerate/claystone in the Changxindian Formation of China.
Ecology: ground dwelling herbivore
Distribution:
• Eocene of China (2 collections)
Total: 2 collections each including a single occurrence
