Type specimen: IVPP V18641, a partial skeleton (articulated right maxilla, jugal, postorbital and partial squamo- sal, articulated right quadrate and partial quadratojugal, articulated left partial jugal, qua). Its type locality is Wucaiwan ceratopsian 2 (IVPP), which is in an Oxfordian fluvial shale in the Shishugou Formation of China.

Ecology: ground dwelling herbivore

Distribution: found only at Wucaiwan ceratopsian 2 (IVPP)
