Type specimen: TMP 1989.055.0047, a partial skull (right frontal). Its type locality is Pipestone Creek Bonebed (RTMP), which is in a Campanian crevasse splay siltstone/sandstone in the Wapiti Formation of Canada.

Ecology: ground dwelling carnivore

Distribution: found only at Pipestone Creek Bonebed (RTMP)
