Type specimen: MLP 61-IV-11-76, an osteoderm (35 associated scutes). Its type locality is El Pajarito, which is in a Deseadan terrestrial horizon in the Sarmiento Formation of Argentina.
Ecology: ground dwelling omnivore
Distribution: found only at El Pajarito
