Type specimen: IVPP V5181. Its type locality is Nanxiong IVPP Loc. 73138, which is in a Paleocene terrestrial horizon in the Nongshan Formation of China.
Ecology: scansorial insectivore
Distribution: found only at Nanxiong IVPP Loc. 73138
