Type specimen: PIN 2896/1, a partial skeleton (Left half of the basioccipital portion of a braincase). Its type locality is Blyumental-3, PIN 2896, locality 58 of Tverdokhlebov et al. 2005, which is in a Severodvinian/Vyatkian deltaic sandstone/conglomerate in the Kutuluk Formation of the Russian Federation.
Ecology: planktonic carnivore
Distribution: found only at Blyumental-3, PIN 2896, locality 58 of Tverdokhlebov et al. 2005
