Type specimen: HUE-02502, a partial skeleton (Complete skull, right lower jaw and cervical vertebra). Its type locality is Lo Hueco, Fuentes (G1), which is in a Campanian/Maastrichtian wet floodplain mudstone/sandstone in the Villalba de la Sierra Formation of Spain.
