Type specimen: IVPP V 7509.1-2, a partial skull. Its type locality is Fujiashanzui, Gujing, Qianshan, which is in a Paleocene terrestrial horizon in the Wanghudun Formation of China.

Distribution: found only at Fujiashanzui, Gujing, Qianshan
