Type specimen: KEB-1-014, a tooth. Its type locality is Djebel el Kébar, which is in a Bartonian lagoonal mudstone/sandstone in Tunisia.

Ecology: ground dwelling herbivore

Distribution: found only at Djebel el Kébar
