Type specimen: KUVP 129734, a skull (skull with lower jaw). Its type locality is Eskridge locality, which is in a Sakmarian terrestrial mixed carbonate-siliciclastic in the Wreford Formation of Kansas.
Ecology: planktonic suspension feeder
Distribution: found only at Eskridge locality
