Type specimen: MCT 1628-R, a set of vertebrae. Its type locality is Raposo Tavares road (BR-374), close to the Assis Chateaubriand Road (SP-425), which is in a Campanian/Maastrichtian crevasse splay sandstone in the Presidente Prudente Formation of Brazil.
Ecology: ground dwelling herbivore
Distribution: found only at Raposo Tavares road (BR-374), close to the Assis Chateaubriand Road (SP-425)
