Type specimen: NHMW 2001z0070/0001/1, a tooth. Its type locality is Taatsiin Gol, TGR-AB/22, which is in an Oligocene terrestrial mudstone in the Hsanda Gol Formation of Mongolia.
Ecology: ground dwelling grazer-browser
