Type specimen: PEFO 31207, a partial skull (Posterior skull roof and braincase missing the rostrum and palate). Its type locality is PFV 295, near Mountain Lion Mesa, Petrified Forest National Park, which is in a Norian terrestrial mudstone in the Chinle Formation of Arizona.
Ecology: carnivore
Distribution: found only at PFV 295, near Mountain Lion Mesa, Petrified Forest National Park
