Type specimen: BSP 1879 XV-138, a mandible. Its type locality is Sainte Néboule, which is in a Priabonian karst claystone/phosphorite in France.
Ecology: ground dwelling frugivore-omnivore
Distribution: found only at Sainte Néboule
