Belongs to Palaepangonius according to D. A. Grimaldi 2016

Sister taxa: Palaepangonius eupterus, Palaepangonius finchi, Palaepangonius gordoni, Palaepangonius kensmithi, Palaepangonius sellwoodi, Palaepangonius zazicola

Type specimen: JZC Bu-248, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Burmese amber (Zigras coll), which is in a Cenomanian terrestrial amber in Myanmar.

Ecology:

Distribution: found only at Burmese amber (Zigras coll)
