Belongs to Hughmilleria according to O. E. Tetlie et al. 2007
Sister taxa: Hughmilleria (Nanahughmilleria), Hughmilleria lata, Hughmilleria norvegica, Hughmilleria socialis
Type specimen: CNU-E-HLT2006001, a carapace. Its type locality is Tielupo Township, Longshan County, which is in a Telychian marginal marine siltstone in the Xiaoxiyu Formation of China.
Ecology: nektobenthic carnivore
Distribution:
• Silurian of China (2 collections)
Total: 2 collections each including a single occurrence
