Type specimen: NMC 41370, a partial skeleton. Its type locality is Pressure Point, east, which is in a Pridoli marine sandstone in the Somerset Island Formation of Canada.

Ecology: planktonic suspension feeder

Distribution: found only at Pressure Point, east
