Type specimen: FMNH INS-3547755, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Burmese amber, Kachin amber (FMNH coll), which is in a Cenomanian terrestrial amber in Myanmar.

Distribution: found only at Burmese amber, Kachin amber (FMNH coll)
