Type specimen: MGSB 74.641-GLV.T.45, a partial skeleton (carapace and plastron). Its type locality is Can Beuloví , which is in a Priabonian marine limestone/sandstone in the Sant Martí Xic Formation of Spain.
Ecology: aquatic herbivore-carnivore
Distribution: found only at Can Beuloví
