Type specimen: VNIGRI 115/1388. Its type locality is Khodz River, North Ossetia (lower upper Dzhor Fm), which is in a Subfurcatum marine horizon in the Dzhor Formation of the Russian Federation.
Ecology: fast-moving nektonic carnivore
Distribution: found only at Khodz River, North Ossetia (lower upper Dzhor Fm)
