Type specimen: ANU 17818, a cephalon/head (cranidium). Its type locality is Chatterton Loc. A, Assemblage A, top of Receptaculites Lst, near Yass, NSW, which is in an Emsian marine lime mudstone/grainstone in the Taemas Formation of Australia.

Ecology: nektobenthic carnivore

Distribution: found only at Chatterton Loc. A, Assemblage A, top of Receptaculites Lst, near Yass, NSW
