Sister taxon: Eastonillaenus incertus

Type specimen: MM F22211a, b [counterparts], an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Currajong Park Homestead, which is in an Eastonian deep subtidal shelf siltstone in the Gunningbland Formation of Australia.

Ecology: nektobenthic carnivore

Distribution: found only at Currajong Park Homestead
