Type specimen: Its type locality is Level Z-112, Reno Draw section 3, which is in an Angulata marine limestone in the Sunrise Formation of Nevada
Ecology: fast-moving nektonic carnivore
Distribution:
• Jurassic of Canada (2: British Columbia collections), Chile (1), United States (1: Nevada)
Total: 4 collections each including a single occurrence
