Type specimen: KGS 3585, a shell. Its type locality is cephalopods unit, Gomi Quarry, which is in a Ludlow reef, buildup or bioherm reef rocks/shale in Japan.
Ecology: nektonic carnivore
Distribution: found only at cephalopods unit, Gomi Quarry
