Type specimen: KGS 3590, a cephalon/head. Its type locality is new trilobite collection, Gomi Quarry, which is in a Ludlow reef, buildup or bioherm reef rocks/shale in the Fukata Formation of Japan.

Ecology: nektobenthic carnivore

Distribution: found only at new trilobite collection, Gomi Quarry
