Type specimen: PA 18082, a cephalon/head (cranidium). Its type locality is new trilobite collection, Gomi Quarry, which is in a Ludlow reef, buildup or bioherm reef rocks/shale in the Fukata Formation of Japan.

Ecology: fast-moving low-level epifaunal carnivore

Distribution: found only at new trilobite collection, Gomi Quarry
