Type specimen: CMC1, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Pesciara di Bolca, Monte Bolca (Cerato family collection), which is in a Ypresian lagoonal/restricted shallow subtidal limestone in the Pesciara Formation of Italy.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at Pesciara di Bolca, Monte Bolca (Cerato family collection)
