Type specimen: RBCM.EH2012.003.0007.001, a wing. Its type locality is Driftwood Canyon (RBCM collection), which is in a Ypresian lacustrine shale in Canada.

Ecology:

Distribution: found only at Driftwood Canyon (RBCM collection)
