Type specimen: PIN 523-4, a partial skeleton. Its type locality is Naran Bulak Quarry 1 [MPE], which is in a Paleocene alluvial fan sandstone in the Naran Bulak Formation of Mongolia.

Distribution: found only at Naran Bulak Quarry 1 [MPE]
