Sister taxon: Deuteragenia wettweri

Type specimen: MGMM 2927M, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is San Salvador (Bellver de Cerdanya, MGM collection), which is in a Vallesian/Turolian lacustrine - small mudstone in Spain.

Ecology:

Distribution: found only at Barranco de Salanca (Bellver de Cerdanya)
