Type specimen: ZD0003, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Bilina mine, Bílina (Clayey Superseam horizon), which is in a MN 3 lacustrine - small claystone in the Most Formation of the Czech Republic.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at Bilina mine, Bílina (Clayey Superseam horizon)
