Type specimen: CPC 2627a, a shell. Its type locality is Eastern slope of Windalia Hill, 80 feet above base, which is in an Aptian marine siltstone in the Windalia Radiolarite Formation of Australia.

Ecology: fast-moving nektonic carnivore

Distribution: found only at Eastern slope of Windalia Hill, 80 feet above base
