Type specimen: AMNH Bu-SA5a, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Burmese amber (Scott Anderson coll), which is in a Cenomanian terrestrial amber in Myanmar.

Distribution: found only at Burmese amber (Scott Anderson coll)
