Type specimen: NMING:F34763. Its type locality is Munterowen, 4.5 km S-SE of Leenaun, which is in a Telychian offshore siltstone/mudstone in the Kilbride Formation of Ireland.

Ecology: slow-moving low-level epifaunal detritivore-suspension feeder

Distribution: found only at Munterowen, 4.5 km S-SE of Leenaun
