Type specimen: KMNH IP 000, 002, a forewing (left forewing). Its type locality is Okubata, Omine Area, which is in a Carnian terrestrial shale in the Momonoki Formation of Japan.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at Okubata, Omine Area
