Type specimen: PVL 4414-1, a set of postcrania (distal end of tibia and fibula, astra- galus, calcaneum, distal tarsals 3 and 4, proximal ends of metatarsals II–IV, and most of metatarsal V from the right hin). Its type locality is Quebrada de los Jachaleros, which is in a Norian fluvial-lacustrine siliciclastic in the Los Colorados Formation of Argentina.

Ecology: ground dwelling carnivore

Distribution: found only at Quebrada de los Jachaleros
