Type specimen: MAU-Pv-CO-583, a mandible (Incomplete mandibles). Its type locality is Cerro Overo [MAU], which is in a Santonian levee siltstone/mudstone in the Bajo de la Carpa Formation of Argentina.
Ecology: carnivore
Distribution: found only at Cerro Overo [MAU]
