Type specimen: UMNH VP26151, a partial skeleton (partial shell). Its type locality is MacFarlane Mine (UMNH VP Loc. 2141), which is in a Cenomanian/Cenomanian marginal marine shale in the Naturita Formation of Utah.

Ecology: amphibious omnivore

Distribution: found only at MacFarlane Mine (UMNH VP Loc. 2141)
