Type specimen: MMP 4660-M, a set of vertebrae (Thirteen articulated series of precloacal vertebrae). Its type locality is Estancia Pampa Grande, East of Route 9, between Bordo and Toro Rivers, which is in a Ypresian terrestrial mudstone/marl in the Lumbrera Formation of Argentina.

Distribution: found only at Estancia Pampa Grande, East of Route 9, between Bordo and Toro Rivers
