Type specimen: MNZ S37362, a set of limb elements (right tarsometatarsus and 11 phalanges). Its type locality is Udit Tomo cave, Wainibuku, Viti Levu, which is in a Holocene cave horizon in Fiji.

Total: 6 collections each including a single occurrence
