Type specimen: AGM-AGB5954, a partial skeleton (almost completely articulated postcranial skeleton in ventral view). Its type locality is Majiashanosaurus-type locality, which is in a Spathian/Olenekian marine horizon in the Nanlinghu Formation of China.
Ecology: planktonic suspension feeder
Distribution: found only at Majiashanosaurus-type locality
