Type specimen: SGOPV 2855, a mandible (Pair of mandibles). Its type locality is Tinguiririca Locality Sets 1 & 2, which is in an Oligocene terrestrial volcaniclastic in the Abanico Formation of Chile.
Ecology: scansorial herbivore
Distribution: found only at Tinguiririca Locality Sets 1 & 2
