Type specimen: SAM P.24444, a set of postcrania (incomplete pelvis). Its type locality is Green Waterhole Cave, which is in a Pleistocene sinkhole horizon in Australia.
Ecology: ground dwelling carnivore
Distribution: found only at Green Waterhole Cave
